The laziest "tire" guy ever. I called about getting a mudflap put on at 5:45 am and he answered said yes they can put it on. As soon as I said it was not a roadside that I was in the parking lot that I will be walking over there to check in. He closed the shop and went into the truck stop after he hung up. I went in to the loves and he was right there on his phone by the fuel desk. All of a sudden he is on break and he only does tires. Crazy how lazy these guys are. Actually I am not surprised. His boyfriend said he was on break as he was folding towels and speaking for him. Awwww how cute. LMAO!

Extremely unprefessional mechanics work here cause they take almost 8 hours to check the exact issue after getting the part those they ordered by checking they found another broken part lol... So I don't recommend them to get your truck fixed over here...

Clean store. Clean bathrooms. Nice employees. Fresh food on the roller grills and in the warmers. But no pudding parfaits! Lol! Great fuel prices. Nice place to stop!

A couple months ago it took 10 hours to change 2 tires. 6 of those hours I was in bay while they discussed who was better at changing tires and nobody was changing my tires. Yesterday I had my truck here for 1 new battery. They said about 2 hours. 2 hours later it would be 2 more hours. 2 hours later maybe in the next hour or two. Then it changed to the next day at 8 am before they could get started. 22 hours after putting my truck in this shop my truck is ready. It has 1 new battery and I had to put everything back together because they didn't Mechanic said they didn't put it back together because it was apart when he got to it. That was because another of their mechanics took it apart the day before.

I stopped through last week needing a wheel seal replaced on my stear axle of my 2015 Volvo. I spoke with Will and he pulled me in and got to work. Will is a great Guy and is very knowledgeable with the Trucks, and I can tell that He has a strong passion for what He does and He doesn't just show up to work to receive a paycheck. I would definitely refer this shop to any of my Trucking Buddies on the road.
